En préalable à la construction d’une unité de production d’emballage primaire pharmaceutique par la société SGD sur le parc environnemental d’activités de Gros-Jacques géré par la Communauté de communes Bresle maritime, l’Inrap fouille actuellement et jusque fin juin 3,7 hectares de terrains. Prescrite par l’État (Drac Picardie), cette opération d’archéologie préventive est menée par zones successives en co-activité. La fouille révèle une occupation dense du milieu du Ier siècle avant notre ère au début du IIIe siècle de notre ère.
